Kolkata(30/7): The Heritage School has once again demonstrated its excellence in Yogasana, with its students delivering an outstanding performance at the CISCE Regional Yoga Competition (Girls) held on 28 July 2026 at Agrasain Balika Shiksha Sadan, Howrah. The young yogis secured several first-place finishes across different categories, reflecting their exceptional talent, discipline, and rigorous training.
In the Traditional Individual event, Aditri De (Class 9) claimed the 1st Prize in the Under-17 category, while Anwita Mukherjee (Class 8) emerged as the Under-19 Champion.
Aditri De continued her remarkable run by winning the 1st Prize in the Artistic Single event in the Under-17 category.
The Heritage School dominated the Rhythmic Pair event, securing 1st Prize in all three age groups. Amyra Goel (Class 6) and Nitya Gupta (Class 6) won the Under-14 title, while Aditri De (Class 9) partnered with Oishani Ghosh (Class 8) to clinch the Under-17 championship. In the Under-19 category, Kritya Kheria (Class 9) and Aanvi Murarka (Class 9) secured another gold medal for the school.
The students also excelled in the Artistic Pair event. Mysha Goel (Class 9) and Ganika Singhania (Class 8) won the 1st Prize in the Under-17 category, while Kritya Kheria (Class 9) and Aanvi Murarka (Class 9) added another 1st Prize in the Under-19 category. Parnika Agarwal (Class 8) and Vanshika Saaraf (Class 8) earned the 3rd Prize (Bronze Medal) in the Under-14 category.
The Heritage School extended its heartfelt congratulations to all the winners for their dedication, perseverance, and exemplary performances. Their achievements have brought immense pride to the school and stand as a testament to its commitment to nurturing excellence in sports alongside academics.
