Spread Happiness Foundation Represents Odisha in Pune’s National Unity Programme

Pune :In a vibrant display of national unity and cultural pride, the Spread Happiness Foundation from Odisha participated in a grand event organized by Bharat Bharati Pune. This significant gathering was aimed at celebrating ‘Bharat ki Amrut Varsh’ and the 350th year of the Raj Abhishek of the great Hindu Emperor Shivaji Maharaj, alongside the Lord Ram Mandir Pran Pratishtha.

For the first time in India, this innovative event saw participation from various states, stretching from Kanyakumari to Kashmir, and even included representation from Nepal. The highlight of the event was a magnificent ‘Shobhayatra’ (procession), which witnessed participation from over 25,000 individuals, each showcasing the unique cultural heritage of their respective states.

The Spread Happiness Foundation, known for its extensive social services, took this opportunity to promote Odisha’s rich culture and the revered tradition of Lord Jagannath. Their tableau in the procession was a testament to the diverse and vibrant culture of Odisha. The team, led by the Founder Chairman Soumya Ranjan Mahapatro and orchestrated by General Secretary Mr. Anand Mahapatra, garnered appreciation from all quarters.

The procession was graced by numerous reputed personalities from Pune, who lauded the Spread Happiness Foundation for their commendable social work and contributions towards societal change. The event was not just a celebration of cultural heritage but also a platform for states to exhibit their unique identities and solidarity.

Among the notable participants from Odisha were Abhinas Swain, Vijay Rout, Ramachandra Lenka, and many others, who joined hands in making this event a grand success. The team’s efforts in showcasing Odisha’s culture were particularly appreciated, contributing significantly to the event’s overall success.
