Kolkata , (23 /8) :The Heritage Group of Institutions has achieved another significant milestone with The Heritage School (THS) and Heritage Institute of Technology (HITK) being honoured at the prestigious ASSOCHAM Education Excellence Awards 2026, held on 21 August 2026 in Kolkata.
The Heritage School was conferred the ‘Leading K-12 School of the Year’ award, while Heritage Institute of Technology received the ‘Best Engineering College of the Year’ award. The twin honours recognise the institutions’ sustained commitment to academic excellence, innovation, extracurricular achievements and the holistic development of students.
The awards were received by Prof. Souvik Bhattacharyya, Principal Advisor – Education, Heritage Group of Institutions, from Mr. Bernard Lynch, Australian Consul-General in Kolkata, at the awards ceremony.
