Pragyan Foundation Inaugurated Personnel Certification Body (PrCB) under Yoga Certification Board of Ministry of AYUSH .

Kolkata (28/7): Pragyan Foundation is set to mark a significant milestone in the field of yoga education and professional certification with the inauguration of its Personnel Certification Body (PrCB), accredited by the Yoga Certification Board (YCB), Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India. The programme was held on Monday, 27 July 2026, at Press Club, Kolkata.

The inauguration of the PrCB is the central highlight of the programme and represents an important step towards promoting quality, competency, credibility and professional standards in yoga education and certification. Through its PrCB activities, Pragyan Foundation aims to contribute to the development of professionally qualified yoga practitioners and teachers in accordance with the standards and framework established under the Yoga Certification Board, Ministry of AYUSH.

The PrCB will be inaugurated by CA Chandan Agarwal, CEO of Pragyan Foundation, in the presence of eminent guests, professionals, yoga practitioners and members of the media.

The distinguished gathering is expected to include Dr. Tapas Biswas, Dr. Kunal Khatri, Dr. A. P. Maurya, Dr. Namita Chakraborty, Dr. Sahidul Islam, Shri Om Prakash Mishra, Lion Shri PL Shah, Shri Vinod Vijayvargiya, Shri Shubham Kanti Roy and other invited dignitaries and well-wishers.

The programme will also feature the presentation of “Sri Sanatan Kriya” by Yogacharya Dr. Suresh Kumar Agarwal, a holistic spiritual discipline integrating the principles of Sanatan Dharma with practices aimed at promoting physical well-being, mental peace, ethical living and spiritual growth.

Another important segment of the programme will be the release of the book One Universe One Blueprint by author Ram Ratan Agarwal. The book is expected to offer readers a perspective on the interconnectedness of the universe and the larger dimensions of human existence.

Speaking on the occasion, CA Chandan Agarwal, CEO, Pragyan Foundation, said that the inauguration of the PrCB is a landmark achievement for Pragyan Foundation and reflects its commitment to strengthening the ecosystem of professional yoga education and certification.

Yogacharya Dr. Suresh Kumar Agarwal said that yoga is not merely a physical practice but a comprehensive way of life that can contribute to individual well-being and social harmony. He expressed the hope that the PrCB initiative would help create greater awareness about structured and professionally recognised pathways in yoga education.
