Kolkata (17/6):Eminent author, educator, yoga exponent, and social worker Dr. Suresh Kumar Agarwal was honoured with the prestigious “Sahitya – Sanskriti Ratna” award by the Literary, Cultural & Social Forum (L.C.S.F.) at a ceremony held in Kolkata on 14th June, 2026.
The award was presented by Prof. Dr. Pratap Ranjan Hazra of the University of Calcutta in recognition of Dr. Agarwal’s outstanding contributions to literature, culture, education, and social service, and for his dedication to promoting human values, holistic well-being, and societal development through knowledge and wisdom.
The event was attended by distinguished personalities from the fields of literature, education, and culture. Speaking on the occasion, Prof. Dr. Hazra praised Dr. Agarwal’s lifelong commitment to community service and value-based education.
