Kolkata (2/1): 6th batch of UGC NET of MDYA was inaugurated on 2nd January 2024, Guest scholars Professor Jaisingh (Assistant Prof, Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri Rashtriya Sanskrit University, New Delhi), Professor Hemant Bhargava (Associate Professor, NIMANSH, Bangalore) and Professor Veer Sagar Jain (H.O.D. Department of Yoga Sciences, Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri Rashtriya Sanskrit University, New Delhi).
programme was inaugurated with invocation. Founder and Academy Head Mr. Rahul Arya welcomed the guests, after that he introduced all the members of the organisation and also informed everyone about the achievements of the organization and introduced the faculty members serving in the academy. Rahul Arya told that this academy has been engaged in this service work since 2020 and more than 5,000 students have benefited from these free classes.
First of all, Dr. Jai Singh inspired all the participants present in the program to propagate Yoga all over the world. Acharya ji told that for the last few years, the country is emerging as a real world leader as per the prophetic words of Swami Vivekananda ji.
Dr. Hemant Bhargava, who came from the Department of Integrative Medicine, National Institute of Mental Health, while mentioning the changed image of India at the global level, also inspired the students to do more and more research in the field of Yoga by telling them the importance of research.
Explaining the importance of Yoga, Prof. Veer Sagar Jain threw deep light on the possibilities of research related to Yoga in Jain philosophy. All the guest scholars, along with praising Rahul Arya, congratulated his entire team and wished them good luck to continue doing the same selfless service in future also.
In the end, Rahul Arya ji told that his aim of establishing this academy is to make quality yoga education accessible to all those who sometimes do not get adequate guidance or who are deprived of good education due to lack of money.
The main collaborators in this program were Ushashree Sanku, Sakshi Himral, Jitendra Arya, Madhu Arya, Pratika Jaiswal, Nisha Yadav, Ravi Maleta, Pushpa Lakera, Sauber Debnath, etc. At the end, Shri Satyendra Trivedi concluded the program with Vedic peace recitation with wishes for world welfare.
