Kolkata : Reported by Sanatan Mahakud. Anwita Mukherjee, a Class VII student of The Heritage School, Kolkata, has brought pride to the city with her outstanding performance at two National Yogasana Sports Championships.
At the National Yogasana Sports Championship held in Konnagar on January 25, Anwita clinched first place in the highly competitive “Twisting Asana” category, showcasing remarkable skill, flexibility, and discipline.
Earlier this month, she also competed in another National Yogasana Sports Championship in Asansol on January 10 and 11, where she secured an impressive fourth position among nearly 2,000 participants from across the country.
Anwita’s back-to-back achievements at the national level highlight her dedication to yogasana and mark her as a promising young talent in the sport.
