Kolkata (11/3) : Dr. Suresh Kumar Agarwal, President of Pragyan Foundation was honoured with the Rotary Excellence Award as Yoga & Meditation Guru at a special ceremony organised by the Rotary Club of Kasba on Tuesday, 10th March, 2026 at Sisir Mancha, Rabindra Sadan Complex, Kolkata.
The award was presented in recognition of his contributions to yoga, meditation, alternative healthcare, and his efforts toward promoting a harmonious and balanced lifestyle in society. The organisers praised his dedication to holistic development and his continuous work in spreading awareness about healthy living and inner wellbeing.
The event also featured a special felicitation programme for differently challenged individuals, including acid attack survivors, visually impaired persons, and members of the deaf and mute community. Several individuals from these groups were honoured for their courage, resilience, and determination to lead dignified lives despite challenges.
